STEP 2 – CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING
Once your booking and details are received, an Assessor in your area will be contacted and will correspond with you to organise an appropriate time to assess the property. At this time, payment will be made or arranged by both parties. All information is sent to headquarters for final confirmation.
STEP 3 – CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE CONDUCTED
Your local Certificate of Compliance Assessor conducts your Certificate of Compliance. Our Assessors use the latest software to conduct and evaluate a number of criteria, from heating and insulation to security and electrical safety. The rating of the property takes all factors into account, to give an overall score of livability, from an A to F rating.
STEP 4 – CONFIRMATION FROM HQ
Once the assessment is completed, the Assessor will send all information to headquarters. Here, HQ will verify and check the report, looking at the evaluation of the property and given rating score.
STEP 5 – REPORT AND CERTIFICATE
Headquarters verify the rating score given and send the Certificate of Compliance rating Certificate to the property owner. This sticker is valid for 24 months from the date of the assessment, or unless there is a change of tenant. The final report is also sent to the property owner.
